Sawbuck Table With Breadboard Ends. Old red-brown stain on base; warm brown patina on top.. Woods and iron. The four pieces of the sawbuck base are hand carved and braced with three hand carved cross stretchers that pass through the X stretchers. The one board top fits over four pegs in the top of the X stretchers. The tops breadboard ends are attached with hand wrought nails.
