This is a very interesting piece of furniture. We call it a metamorphic server. The reason why it’s called as such is that because it’s not only a server, but also it’s an office piece of furniture. It was made possibly in Germany circa 1880.the quality is really excellent. The center top of the server lifts up and converts to a writing desk. Below behind the door, the server is fitted with drawers. The wood is all flamed mahogany and it’s in very good condition.
