circa: 1930 width: 66 height: 41 length: 21 This beautiful antique mahogany Chippendale style sideboard was hand-crafted in England around 1930. The wood looks very nice, with a rich grain and pleasant, medium mahogany color. There are two spacious cabinets each with shelves and one drawer with green felt lining. The legs of this sideboard are square and tapered, and are very stable and wobble-free. Overall, the condition of this sideboard is very good. Thanks to the genius of Thomas Chippendale which this antique was inspired by this sideboard has a beautifully simple construction and yet striking appearance juxtaposing both intricately carved skirts under the cabinets with straight forward designs like the mahogany backsplash leaving this piece a perfect blend of elegance and simplicity. There is a crack on the front right side and some scratches on the top. Both of these areas are barely noticeable, and this Chippendale style sideboard should make a lovely addition to any home!
