This is an elegantly simple but yet appealing 2 pieces Buffet made from a beautifully patinaed cherry during the reign of Louis Philippe by the first hn. alf of the 19th century. This stunning and tall piece is mounted by a flat molded cornice sitting upon a pair of glass doors mounted with their original glass panes and revealing an efficient display area, all standing above the buffet below, providing additional storage thanks to a 2-drawer frieze and a pair of recessed paneled doors hiding another large compartment. Note several scratches and dents here and there due to the age. Circa date 1830. Dimensions 92 ½â€(height)/ 55 ½â€(wide)/ 22â€(depth).
