This is a finely carved oak pedestal which would be great as a plant stand or to display a statue, vase or piece of art. The platform base is multi-tiered which holds the finely detailed pedestal column. The column is also turned and has a series of flutes and twisted flutes rising to meet double bulbous turnings on which the top rests. The top is a quarter sawn oak with a shaped edge.
