Circa 1870 Renaissance Victorian pedestal cabinet, nightstand, or half commode, possibly Herter Bro’s, NYC, quilted ash front panels, birds eye maple, cherry banding/corners, rosewood escutcheons/keyholes, solid cherry secondary wood, unusual grey/rose color marble, fully finished interior, finished on all four sides, dovetailed top construction/under marble.

Condition – excellent restored original finish, shows some crazing to finish, original marble and pulls. 652
- Exceptional construction and finish work of the finest veneers possibly by Herter Brothers, NYC or other equally fine cabinetmaker.
- This piece has cherry mouldings, inlaid champhered corners and banded panels.
- This would make a great pedestal for a marble/bronze centerpiece as it is finely finished on all four sides to set in position for viewing on all four sides.
