circa: 2000 width: 37 height: 36 length: 21 This exquisite restored antique bachelors chest is the product of a full restoration of an English RAF bachelors chest, dating back to just after the Second World War, most likely about 1960. Included in the restoration was a selection of stunning burl walnut veneers and new brass swan neck pulls. Each drawer boasts strong dovetailed joints, while shaped bracket feet provide sturdy support. The sides were not replaced during the restoration, although they were refinished, so they still display some of the minor original wear marks and scuffs.
