circa: 2000 width: 37 height: 36 length: 21 This exquisite restored antique bachelors chest is the product of a full restoration of an English RAF bachelors chest, dating back to just after the Second World War, most likely about 1970. This restored chest has been re-made with stunning burl elm veneers and intricate satinwood inlays, including optional fan-inlay designs on the top as well as banding around the top and drawer fronts. Crafted using a traditional two-over-three drawer design, each drawer of this bachelors chest boasts brass swan neck handles and dovetailed joints. Resting on sturdy shaped bracket feet, these restored antique chests are strong, beautiful and will continue to grow more beautiful for generations to come!
