A French bronze-mounted Kingwood parquetry inlaid bureau plat from the late 19th Century, having a molded top above a scalloped apron, fitted with three drawers, and cabriole legs. This desk represents French craftsmanship at its best, having a center slide out leather surface over the drawer. Exquisite patina and dore` bronze mounting, overall in fantastic condition and very pleasing to the eye. 38.5W x 17.5D x 28.5H, circa 1870.
