This old oak drop leaf secretary is both beautiful and functional and is in good condition. The top has three shelves that sit on turned supports with an oval mirror in the center. There is a nice scalloped top edge with a lovely carving detail in the center. The drop leaf has a center carved medallion and a brass pull and keyhole. The drop leaf opens to seven cubbies and two slots, with the rest of the area being open storage. The bottom part of the cabinet consists of two open shelves, perfect for display. The wood is really beautiful and has a very nice finish.
