Good quality Small Antique Writing Table by Edwards & Roberts of Wardour Street, London (stamped). Dating from the mid Victorian period this fine mahogany table has excellent colour and proportions. It can be used as a writing table, side table or occasional table or as extra work space in an office or study. It has a very good quality older tan and gilded leather writing surface inset into the moulded top and stands on fine reeded legs with original brass castors and wheels. This is a five drawer table with all drawers being mahogany lined, with dust mouldings, hand cut dovetails and original turned wooden handles.
