A very smart late Victorian Mahogany Partners' Desk of excellent proportions. Classical simple lines and rich dark mahogany in colour. The front elevation comprises nine drawers of graduated size. The rear elevation has two large cupboards each with a shelf and three frieze drawers. Original brass handles, locks, escutcheons, keys, castors and wheels. Original faded green leather with gilt embossing now well waxed and ready for many years more service. Crossbanded top with mouldings. Superb condition and ready to go to its new home.
