Provencal (Nîmes) XVIIIth century commode
Commode in solid and natural walnut, curved façade. It opens with two drawers in front carved with scrolls and natural motifs. The escutcheons are framed ribbons medallions. Side panels "chamfer broken." Amounts are carved with acanthus leaves fall. The dresser is based on 4 wound feet. Traverse openwork facade of a soup bowl, symbol of marriage and turbulent side rails. Small old restorations to the drawers. Provence, "Nîmes", Louis XV period, XVIIIth.
