This is a graceful and elegant side table made by the middle part of the 19th century during the reign of Napoleon III. This adorable piece is consisting of 3 serpentine shaped shelves, the upper one is mounted with pierced bronze gallery and acorn shaped finials, connected to each other thanks to 4 nicely scrolled cabriole legs accented with bronze ormolus. Note that each shelf is beautifully embellished with inlaid floral patterns combining several types of veneers as mahogany, rosewood, walnut and sycamore. A few minor scratches and dents can be seen here and there due to the age. Circa date 1850. Dimensions: 31 5/8â€(height) x 16 1/8â€(wide) x 11â€(depth)
