This is a charming country 19th century pair of stepped down Windsor side with nice splay to the backs. Both chairs are made by the same craftsman. Original old undisturbed surface even wear with mellow dark walnut patina. Circa 1810 - 1820. Found in Boston, Mass. - New England origin Excellent condition.
