A true set of 6 (5 sides and 1 head chair with arms) early English country Chippendale period dining chairs with plank seats, pierced urn shape slat backs, on squared feet with connecting stretchers. Very sturdy, original finish. A rare find. Dimensions posted are for the side chairs. The "head" chair's measurements are 38 and one half inches high x 20 inches deep x 24 inches wide.
