A unique chair in every way, this fantastic wrought iron window bench is fashioned loosely in the form of the Savonarola chair of the Renaissance. It has an overall Moroccan appeal, a taste of mystery in the overall formation of the piece. With round ball finials at each corner, the upper portion of the chair is a full U shape, forming a seat at the center with upholstery over the iron springs. The lower half mirrors the top, an inverted U with a shaped stretcher joining each foot permanently, capped in the center with another ball finial. The legs cabriole into sharp spade form pad feet.
This is a simply gorgeous and incredibly unique designer find. It is strong throughout, fully functional and perfect for any lonely corner or empty window. You will certainly treasure this piece for a very long time.
Measurements: 23 1/2" wide x 14 " deep x 31 3/4" high to top of finial
