This is a stunning French high polished inlaid fruitwood cabinet with two front doors. The cabinet is inset with several colors of fruit wood flowers and leaves on three sides and topped with a piece of beveled rose to caramel marble. The marble has a missing piece (shown in photo) on the right bevel and the center has a long repair that blends very well. The two doors do not meet well at the bottom and should be adjusted at the hinge to fit properly. The finish is a beautiful high French polish and it shines like a jewel. The piece came with a shelf but it is no longer with the piece. It came off the container without it and I have used it for storage of taller items and stacked formal linens. I purchased this piece in the late 1980''s from a home in Paris. It has been a pleasure to live with it.This ipiece will require professional movers who will blanket wrap and cello it for shipping. My current favorite movers are Sterling Van Lines in Los Angeles, California . They are friendly, prompt and careful as well as reasonable in pricing.
