circa: 1910 width: 42 height: 71 length: 15 This beautiful antique mahogany display cabinet was hand-crafted in Edwardian England around 1910. Since then, the mahogany has developed a stunning patina that enriches the natural beautiful of its complexion, as well as its distinct grain. A series of satinwood inlays, paneled-glass doors and sides, and the curved center complement the mahogany wonderfully. Inside, the wood shelves are lined with soft-beige upholstery, which looks especially elegant. On each cabinet door, solid-brass escutcheons house functioning locks that operate with an accompanying key. This display cabinet rests on sturdy square-tapered legs, which extend from a beautifully shaped skirt. Remarkably, this cabinet is wobble free, and structural integrity remains strong. There are very few dings on this cabinet, less than the average piece of this era. This fantastic Edwardian mahogany display cabinet will certainly continue to function wonderfully for generations to come!
