circa: 1960 width: 39.5 height: 75.5 length: 14.25 A yew wood, glass top, bowfronted bookcase from around 1960. This was made in England and recently imported to our store in Atlanta, GA. This bookcase features some beautiful yew wood decorations on the doors, adjustable and removable glass shelves, and a moulded cornice. This bookcase is one unit, it does not separate. The top and bottom cabinets lock with included key. Some of the yew wood has crazing and there is wear consistent with the age of the piece throughout. The bracket feet have some small chipping as seen in the photos. Overall this piece is sturdy and in good shape. With its unique bowfront shape, this bookcase will make a wonderful addition to any home or office.
