Pair of English George III inlaid solid walnut bookcases , each with two shelves also in walnut . The lip of each bookcase and each shelf
inlaid with boxwood in a modified chevron pattern . The sides , back , fronts and shelves in solid walnut . Each top has a area in oak stained to match , possibly indicating marble tops originally but showing no wear of such . Replaced feet .
