circa: 1920 width: 49 height: 73 length: 18 This beautiful antique walnut bookcase armoire was hand-crafted in England around 1920. Since then, the wood has developed a lovely patina, which enriches the distinct walnut grain and deep, rich complexion. Paneled doors, carved trimming and turned feet form an elegant appeal that contributes to the antique charm of this walnut bookcase armoire. Inside are four shelves and three drawers, each of which feature hand-cut dovetailed joints. While quite attractive and fully functional, this bookcase armoire has sustained some wear and wobbles as a result. Also, there are some repairs on the face of the piece, the locks do not function, and one of the back feet is metal (pictured below). Nevertheless, this gorgeous antique walnut bookcase armoire will continue to look beautiful and function for years to come!
