Then we move the bottom half with the desk section which opens out to reveal the green leather writing surface plus also the cubby holes and drawers. It's a great space safer as you get both a desk and a bookcase. Underneath this are the four drawers that open out smoothly to reveal further storage space. The piece also features some intricate marquetry work including the rosette on the pull down section and the cross banding.
