Original early bookcases are rare and have long been in high demand, commanding high prices. This piece was probably constructed in the late 19th or early 20th century, using parts from much earlier periods. It is faithful in design and construction of an original renaissance piece.
Condition: Overall good condition. Old worming in various places.
