Very unusual and decorative antique Italian Venetian paint and gilt double bed (take 4'6 mattress) from around 1930. The original paint and gilt has cracked and worn over time to give the bed that nice aged look and feel. Structurally solid and in very good condition throughout with only minor bumps and marks as you would associate with a bed of this age. Comes complete with a made to measure fitted upholstered bed base, handmade mattresses available too.
