Antique Oak Roll-top watchmakers bench with complete and original Jewelers lathe and all pieces. To operate it ie flywheel foot petal etc. 5 drawers, 2 deep cabinets and cupboard with doors, 2 dropdown Oak sides and a canvas catch drawer. All original pulls, locks, hinges, hardware and the canvas catch are intact and fully functional. Roll-top easily locks when closed. Roll-top completely covers the work area when closed. Each side drops down by unhooking to providing a larger surface 60"

It housed watchmakers and Jewelers tools. The base enclosed the flywheel for the lathe treadle and the original watchmaker lathe, driving pulleys, treadle and other related machinery.

The bench retains the lathe (restored, oiled & polished) and all of the original parts to run and operate it ie flywheel, foot pump etc.

This item is truly a piece for a museum to display.
