Passed by the senate 5th of January 1853. Printed by T.K. & F.G. Collins.
Note: There is a stamp on the inside cover with the name J.W. Van De Water, Brooklyn, N.Y., might be the same person that is on the 1898 roster of the Holland Society, N.Y.C. March 30, 1887.
Hardback w/blind embossed decorated boards and gilt lettering front and spine. Spine is worn and torn with corners frayed. Pages are in good condition.
