EXCELLENT REFERENCE BOOK ON JEWISH ART - Numerous color photos, with history and translations of Hebrew texts. This edition was the first to place some of the NEW YORK Jewish Museum''s finest works in their artistic context. These works were chosen for their intrinsic aesthetic value with an eye toward their stylistic relationship to the art of the time. The books is in excellent condition, but was a Library discard, and is marked as such. Also, the book has the library pocket and a small corner cut from the library.
