A BEAUTIFULLY ILLUSTRATED BOOK FROM 1869... ''the Lakes of England FEATURES 18 Hand Colored etched plates by W. F. Topham! The book exterior features a deep rust colored cloth, with elaborate gold gilt. Published in London by T. J. Allman, 1869. The book is in very good condtion except for some very slight foxing on a few pages and some slight damage to the upper and lower end of the spine. Also, the back cover is a bit dirty. There is an book plate and and inscription that reads; ''Miss Field, First Prize In Music and English, Christmas 1874, Ely House''. This book is a real prize at a great price!
