For Sale I have a very nice Arts and Crafts Bud Vase made by The Roycroft Company of East Aurora, New York. The item is called a Wall Mount or Wall Hanging Bud Vase. It stands 10 3/8" Tall and is 2 1/4" wide. The Wall Vase displays a very nice Hammered Copper and Stitched back plate. It displays a very nice Tulip form Fitter for the Test Tube Style Glass Insert. The original Patina on the Metal work is outstanding and you can see brown background on the Copper flat areas accented with Black on the lower indented areas. The top of the Tulip shows a very natural aged Verdi Green Patina on the Flower Tips. The Bud Vase is considered to be in excellent condition as there are no dents, dings or damage to any of the metal. The Wall Vase still retains its original Glass Flower Insert. It also is considered to be in excellent condition as there are no cracks, nicks, chips or dings to the glass. There are some minor scratches in the lower part of the glass which is typical. The piece is unsigned as is the case with so many of these. There is no doubt that this was made by The Ye Olde Copper Shoppe production at Roycroft. This is a wonderful and hard to find item from Roycroft. What is even harder to find is this item with its original Glass Insert. Most of these when found are missing them and it hurts their value tremendously. I am very happy to offer this with its original Insert. This piece will work great in any Arts and Crafts, Mission Style Decor and looks outstanding in a room decorated with Stickley Furniture. I have shown page copies from the book "Roycroft Art Metal" by Kevin McConnell to show the Authenticity of this wonderful piece. I want to note that the prices printed reflect a 1995 publication date. This was 15 years ago. This is a very nice piece made during the Arts and Crafts Movement here in the US. This piece was made Circa 1910.
