circa: 1960 width: 34 height: 60 length: 17 This elegant mahogany drinks cabinet was crafted in England around 1960. Today, the flame mahogany remains as beautiful as ever, with a wonderfully patinated complexion and a striking grain. The brass hardware also makes a fine complement to the mahogany. Complete crossbanding and carved cabriole feet, this drinks cabinet certainly looks fantastic--and with two locking cabinets, it is also quite useful. The upper section even contains a pull-out slide for conveniently mixing drinks, while an interior light comes on when opening the door--this will, however, need to be rewired to function in the U.S.A. (and the wire has been cut to ensure that it is). Although this cabinet does remain quite sturdy, the mahogany veneers have developed some minor flaws on the upper doors and the feet especially have sustained some scratches. Otherwise, condition is very good overall.
