Book of etchings 1884 by New York, White, Stokes & Allen. Each etching is protected by tissue paper (bound into the book) from original plates by such artists as Frank Waller, J.A.S. Monk, Joseph S. King, Gabrielle D Clelments, Walter Saterlee, J. Wells Champney, Joseph Pennell, Elliot Dangerfield and Katherine Levin. Each piece is accompanied by a detailed retrospect of the artist and the specific work of art.

The one and only missing etching is, My Ain Fireside by S.G. McCutcheon, replaced by print of the same. Included in book is insert of The Garden Flower painted by J. Wright and etched by W.H. Egleton.

Hard covered book is 17.5" x 13". In very good condition, slight yellowing of pages. No tears, binding slightly frayed at corners.

Antiques road show valued this at $2500 if page was not missing, $1700 with missing page.
