A good quality pair of probably bronze Torch Wall Lights with original cut glass shades
being well proportioned and chocolate patination - probably French
Good Antique condition - looks like a small piece missing of back (please see image)
probably a small bar (or smillar to bottom bracket but extended), they still mount OK
The wiring is untested - a few chips to shades as expected.
A lovely pair of quality Wall lights - a good trade piece
