18th Century Rose Cut Diamond & Ruby Ring Circa. 1760 British 18K yellow gold - tested with 18K acid. Diamond tested with a diamond tester. Rubies tested with refractive index liquid. Foil backed (closed back) pear shaped rose-cut diamond of .97 carats. 9 oval-shaped natural Burmese rubies of approximately 1.35 carats surround the diamond. The face of the ring measures 3/4 inch high and 1/2 inch wide. Size 6 Can be easily sized by a jeweler. 7.6 gr. 4.8 dwt
