Tall and very decorative scenic vellum Rookwood Pottery vase by Carl Schmidt in 1914. Exceptional color and artwork. Vase is encircled with a detailed Autumn scene. EXCELLENT CONDITION. Glaze loss at rim that has been touched up. No other chips, cracks, damage or repair of any kind. Crazing. Bottom marked with logo, date mark, shape number, V for Vellum, X for glaze loss at rim and cipher for Carl Schmidt. Vase is an impressive 11" tall and 5 3/4" wide. NICE!
