Victorian, circa 1860 Copeland Majolica platter decorated with leaves on a turquoise ground. Green, pink, brown and ochre glazes to the leaves. Branch molded rim and handles. Washy turquoise and cream reverse. Impressed ''MADE IN ENGLAND'' mark, stilt marks and a painted mark inside the foot. Generally good. No cracks. No hairlines. Small flake to rim. Some wear to front. Kiln effects: three stilt marks to interior; two small firing holes to interior; glaze misses to the interior and foot. Restored flakes to rim. 12ins by 9ins
