A Stoke on Trent English porcelain vanity tray with a Dutch scene on the front. The back marked with Emp__? Works Stoke on Trent with an early registry mark. Dated right around turn of the century. There are no chips or cracks but there is crazing throughout and a little discoloration on top as shown.
