This is a substantial antique brass Neoclassical pendant light fixture with its original milk glass shade, dating to the early 1900’s. The chandelier features a simple brass canopy and fitter. The shade is ornamented with an intricate design of draped shields and oval frames connected by a bellflower garland. The underside of the shade is ornamented with a coordinating design. This light fixture is in excellent condition, and the shade is also in excellent condition with no cracks or breaks, just the expected fleabites around the rim. The chandelier has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The shade is 14†wide, the length of the pendant body only is 14â€, and the overall length is approx. 35â€.
