This is an amazing antique two-light industrial gas chandelier in its original darkened chrome finish. Dating from the 1880’s, the chandelier begins with an understated, smooth canopy, coming down in a chain to a loop finial atop a small chrome orb. A pole attaches to the underside of the orb, coming down to a large chrome globe adorned with a simple rounded border at its base. Two smooth, S-curved arms extend from the pole, following the curve of the globe. This light fixture is in excellent condition; it has been professionally wired for electricity and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The chandelier body measures 20 3/8†wide and 27†tall; the fixture is 42†long overall.
