A splendid antique cast bronze double pocket door set in a variation of Lockwood’s “Broken Leaf†pattern, patent dated August 10, 1886, and designed for a pair of double doors. The set features four cast bronze plates ornamented with the unique asymmetrical “Broken Leaf†design, with an urn on one side and a tri-lobal leaf on the other, on a geometric background. The locks feature bronze faceplates feature a matching design with vine and leaf detail above. The locks function well. The doorplates are in excellent condition; the locks are in very good antique condition with some scratches (pictured). The plates measure 2 3/16†wide, 4 1/8†tall, and 1/2†deep overall; the locks’ faceplates are 6 ¾†tall and 1 ¼†wide.
