Vintage, estate earrings. 18k gold and enamel. Made by Tiffany & Co and designed by Jean Schlumberger, who worked for Tiffany from 1956 - 1970''s. Measurements and sizes: 7/8th of an inch long. Weigh 20.4grams. Egg shaped ovals with gold, tube-like borders. Sometimes referred to as banana earrings. The surface of the ovals is a marvellous, luminous blue enamel, set with various golden diamond and round shapes, raised above the plain of the enamelling. The earrings have comfortable clips. Hallmarked TIFFANY & CO SCHLUMBERGER 750. Very good condition.
