The wood is mahogany, and has aged very well over the years, while the serpentine design of this chiffonier is rather elegant. Perhaps the most striking feature of this antique chiffonier is the two pairs of bobbin-turned columns, which can be found on either side of the base, as well as on the top supporting the upper shelf on the backsplash. This antique chiffonier also has a semi-hidden drawer, and a double doored cabinet. Although the chiffonier cabinet has a lock, there is no key. The interior of the antique chiffonier has one shelf, and it is quite spacious. Overall, the condition of this antique chiffonier is good, especially considering that it is nearly 120 years old.
