circa: 1940 width: 60 height: 79 length: 19 This antique oak Welsh dresser was crafted in the UK around 1940. Over the years, the oak has developed a lovely patina, so that it now displays a rich complexion and a highly pronounced grain that are sure to look great in any setting. With two shelves, two drawers (one of which is lined with green felt an divided for silverware), and two locking cabinets, this dresser also contains plenty of storage space, and it disassembles for convenient movement and shipping. While sturdy, this Welsh dresser has sustained some superficial wear, including a variety of minor scuffs, some stains, and a few chips to the hutch. The sides of the hutch have also developed some separation between the boards, which is a component of the natural aging process of the wood. Overall condition therefore remains very good.
